We are Mike and Pip, a husband and wife team of flower grower and florist based in Masterton.
We are small scale flower growers and part of the New Zealand Flower Collective, a group set up to encourage people to buy local, seasonal flowers.
We aim to be as environmentally aware as possible and we do not use single use plastics or floral foam but instead opt for sustainable floristry methods and seasonal flowers.
With 7 years experience in the wedding sector we offer a range of bespoke workshops from hen party floral crowns with wine tasting and cake to DIY Wedding workshops where groups can learn how to create their own flowers and these can be grown and supplied by ourselves and other local growers. We teach the techniques you need for creating bouquets, buttonholes, table centres and larger arrangements for your wedding and we look at how to source and look after the flowers you choose. We offer buckets of seasonal flowers for bridal parties wanting to create their own flowers.
We take a limited number of bookings for wedding flowers each year, please get in touch if creating your own flowers seems a little daunting!
Bespoke workshops can be arranged to suit any group.
